Career Services

Career services are available to all students through the FAMU and FSU Center Centers. Both universities maintain a satellite office in the College of Engineering building. Students can obtain career advising, assistance with career placement including online employer information and on-campus interviewing. An annual career fair is held each fall at the College of Engineering. Approximately 100 companies are represented at the fair and companies are looking to fill full-time, internship and co-op positions.

The College of Engineering library provides materials, services and facilities to support the instructional and research needs of the faculty and students. Students have access to databases, full-text e-journals and e-books, and the library's catalogs. The library staff is always available to assist students in locating all types of information related to engineering and the sciences.

Academic Center for Excellence (ACE)

We offer free tutoring and academic support in the ACE Learning Studio in Johnston Ground (WJB). We also assist students with time management, organizational strategies, effective note taking, exam preparation, learning strategies, and other tools for success in college.

We invite you to explore our website for information and resources, to join us for some of our programs - and then "ACE" your courses this semester!
